Good Morning!
Yaya’s hair length is my goal for Dawn Yerger’s 30 Day Protective Style Challenge on NappyMuse.
I am drinking more than half my weight in oz. a day,vitamin d and a multivitamin.
I am keeping my hair in a protective style, with daily shower rinse while in plated style, conditioner spray on, and oil mix to lock in the moisture obtained from the rinse.
(side note: To drain excess water with no-heat method via savvy brown) large micro-fiber towel, this is a 2 min wrap.
I am exercising every morning for 30 or more min.
When I achieve this I will need to take a picture that is a sleek as this. I would put this pic on my wall. Amazing!

Oh wow! We have a fairly similar routine although think I’m a bit more ad hoc about some parts. Sounds like I should keep it a bit more focused though
