Barcelona became one of my favourite European cities after I won a trip to stay there with a friend…

I raved about it so much I spread my annual Barcelona-holiday addiction to my sister. After a few years of the pair of us indulging in its many delights (mostly of the retail and Gaudi architecture variety) we finally weaned ourselves off.
I think we had to draw the line after the year we went twice, bringing our parents along as a treat but nearly passing on the frenzy to them. Following that we promised our next trip to Europe would take us elsewhere.
Well that was the plan but one look at this gorgeous and probably ridiculously expensive deluxe hotel named El Palauet and I’m so tempted to go back.
El Palauet offers a number of apartments with terraces overlooking the beautiful
Passeig de Gracia. The hotel itself offers a private spa and in addition to the view each apartment features a dining room, office, lounge, two suites with bathroom and closet, a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast.
*sigh*
